The association “Tunisian-German Friendship e.V.”  was founded on 14.01.2012 after the Tunisian revolution.

 

“Tunisian-German Friendship” is an apolitical organisation dedicated to strengthen the friendship between the Tunisian and German people.

 

With the background of a changing world, the association believes that the solidarity, understanding and mutual help of people from different cultures are important assets for an established friendship.

 

Our concrete goals are:

 

– Establishing and promoting contacts between different groups of Tunisian and German society.

– Intensification of cultural, social and economic exchanges between the two countries.

– Establishing contacts and facilitating mutual visits between economic and academic decision-makers between women’s organisations and in general between civil society people in both countries.

– Promotion of German-Tunisian cooperation in the economic sector and German investment in Tunisia.

– Organisation of exhibitions, conferences, visits and travel to deepen the relationship between Tunisia and Germany.
